This page explains how PredictIQ handles information submitted through our website forms, AI Advisor interactions, analytics tools and email notifications. Product deployment data is handled separately through customer agreements and implementation terms.
PredictIQ AI Advisor is designed to guide visitors using approved public website content. We do not ask for personal details inside the Advisor unless you choose to submit a form. We may use limited session information, such as selected topics, paths and interaction choices, to route your enquiry and improve the Advisor. If you submit a form after using the Advisor, your Advisor path may be linked to that enquiry so our team can understand your context.
For access, correction, deletion or any privacy question, email us with the subject line Privacy Request. We will respond in line with applicable law, and we design our website data-handling practices with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework in mind.
